Arianna Taylor is a freshman at NMMI, struggling to survive the world of new people, grading systems, and living spaces. My roommate definitely helps the struggle, she's always there for me when needed (shout-out to Victoria.) The goal is to leave NMMI with more friends than enemies and to leave with an associate's degree instead of just a High school diploma. This freshman lives on caffeine and the cinnamon rolls in Starbucks (I definitely recommend getting a blended mango dragon fruit refresher. Sometimes it's the only thing keeping me going.) But, ultimately, without the challenges of NMMI, my success would be defined by how many hours I worked for other people, instead of how many hours I worked for myself.
