The pitter-patter of their panicked pace echoes throughout my halls. As I lie in wait, I can hear them run oh so fast, but alas, they will not make it past. I pretend to help so that I may hear that lovely squelch and watch that fantastic fluid flow. I move through the vents to make it to their brewing battles of bickering and so that I can enjoy the show. Their quibbling goes round and round, never feeling truly sound. Planting seeds of suspicion soon to sprout when someone steps out of line, only for them to be sent out the airlock and scream for sweet, sweet air. One by one, the sound of a lifeless thud, followed shortly with a panicked pace echoing through the ship. Although they think me a monster for being an imposter as I foster their fear as their end draws near, my time has come to pass as they have found me in the act. Oh, what fun it was to play this little game filled to the brim with glee. As I soar out into space, and the ship sails past, I can see a sea of stars and lifeless masses as my time comes to pass. A fitting end to find myself with them.
